At FASTech we take
the 803 Charles Still (shell), combine it with some of the internal Stanley Still parts, add in our own Patent Pending Technology, to produce a 199.97 proof product on our first run. |

The FASTech Method
Any sugar source is combined with Yeast & Enzymes to achieve fermentation
within 32 – 72 hours. [Times will vary according to sugar source and enzymes selected]
The low proof ETOH (fermentation) is then heated through our heat exchanger and pumped through our cooker.
Finally, the mixture is pumped through our column system producing 99.5% Ethanol.
Note: 12.5% ETOH fermentation is needed to produce commercial flow
rate for one 10ft. Column System. 13.% ETOH fermentation is needed to
produce commercial flow rate for two 10ft. Column System.
The by-product of our method is minimal CO2 and “spent brew”
containing: sugar, H2O, and minute amounts of ETOH that can be used as feedstock.
